Season 1 covers the first 30 episodes of the book "Wool" – the book has 82 chapters
Story
Men and women live in a giant silo underground with few regulations that they believe can protect them from the toxic and broken world on the surface. Whether they’re exploring the stars, escaping dystopias, or making the world a better place, these women are the stuff of science fiction. The fans on the floor in various episodes turn in the wrong direction, due to the orientation of the blades.

The rotating air is neither compressed nor pulled in this way. The Wool Trilogy books are some of the best books I have ever read. I was very hesitant to watch Silas because I had such a vivid inner vision of this post-apocalyptic world from the books and I didn’t want to ruin it.
Also, I’m halfway through season 1 and it’s not like the books in the best way!
What I mean is that there is a background, events, and foundations that made the books great. However, most of the detailed plot is completely new and embellished and fills in the gaps of things that were hinted at or glossed over in the books. I’m glad I still kept the separate version of the books in my head, and the show is like a fun new version.
So much of it was just as I imagined
I have to say they did a PHENOMENAL job with the casting and sets. But the differences set the book apart and I love that. This is probably the first time I’m glad the show isn’t like the books, but I still really like it.
