For centuries, humans have called out to the universe for answers – and the universe is calling back in Disney and Pixar’s latest film, “Elio!” The original film introduces Elio, a weakling with an active imagination who unwittingly finds himself thrust into the Commune, an interplanetary organization made up of representatives from distant galaxies. Mistakenly identified as Earth’s ambassador to the rest of the universe, and completely unprepared for such pressure, Elio must forge new bonds with eccentric aliens, survive a series of powerful experiments, and somehow discover who he truly is.
